OUR STORY

At the heart of Chesterfield’s District, The Factory is a brand-new music club built on a foundation of solid rock and roll.

The Factory is the first built-from-the-ground-up performance venue in the Midwest in over twenty years — 52,000 square feet constructed specially for live music, with every detail designed for the performer and the audience. From the moment doors open, it’s a room made to put the show first.

The industrial style takes its cues from old factories and manufacturing spaces, with appointments like weathered wood, open metalwork stairs, exposed brick, industrial lighting fixtures, and polished concrete. Inside, the audience finds a great view of the 60-foot-wide stage from every seat.

With a capacity of 3,000 and a system of movable partitions, The Factory reconfigures to fit almost any event — from 2,350-person seated shows to 610-person seated dinners to intimate gatherings of any size. As one of the anchors of The District, it sits surrounded by restaurants, shops, and entertainment designed to appeal to everyone.

The Factory at The District is located in Chesterfield, immediately off I-64 / US-40 at exit 17, Boones Crossing.

Directions

From the East: Follow I-64 / US-40 West to exit 17, Boones Crossing, in Chesterfield. Go north and then turn right on Outer 40 Road. The Factory will be on your left.

From the West: Follow I-64 / US-40 East to exit 17, Boones Crossing, in Chesterfield. Go north and then turn right on Outer 40 Road. The Factory will be on your left.

Parking

Parking at The Factory is free, expansive, and well-lit. For the most convenient arrival, premium parking is available for purchase and guarantees a parking spot closest to the venue. Please follow posted signage and directions from parking attendants when you arrive at The District. Ride-share drop-off and pick-up is conveniently located just west of the venue’s entrance

The fastest and easiest way to purchase tickets for The Factory is through our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster.com. You can also buy at the box office when it opens for the show.

The Factory’s box office is located in front of the venue at 17105 North Outer 40 Road. Unless otherwise noted, the box office opens one hour before doors, and on Fridays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The Factory is a cashless venue. The box office accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay for ticket purchases.

If a show is not sold out in advance, tickets will also be available at the box office when it opens for that night’s event.
