All you need to know about us
GETTING HERE
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
The fastest and easiest way to purchase tickets is through our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster.com. You can also buy in person at The Factory box office, located in front of the venue at 17105 North Outer 40 Road. Unless otherwise noted, the box office opens two hours before each show, plus Fridays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Please note that the only way to ensure the validity of your ticket is by purchasing directly through our box office or through Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased through secondary sites or scalpers may or may not be legitimate, and The Factory cannot resolve issues involving lost or invalid tickets from those sources.
WHERE IS THE VENUE LOCATED?
The Factory at The District is located at 17105 North Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005 — just off Interstate 64/40 at the Boone’s Crossing exit (exit 17).
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking at The Factory is free! There is ample parking in the lots directly west and south of the venue. Parking is first come, first served — please follow signage and directions from the parking attendants when you arrive at The District.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY TICKETS FOR THE SHOW?
Tickets are delivered digitally through Ticketmaster. Simply pull up your tickets in the Ticketmaster app, or sign in to your account at Ticketmaster.com using the email you used for your order — no paper tickets required. Not every show allows transfers, but when they do, tickets can be transferred through the Ticketmaster app or website.
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office in front of the venue. A valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name is required for all Will Call pickups.
WHERE ARE DOOR AND SHOW TIMES LISTED?
Door times are posted on our main page, and show times are posted on each event page. Show times are subject to change. Please note that due to our security procedures, it does take some time to enter the building — arrive early enough to get in without missing any part of your favorite band.
HOW EARLY CAN I LINE UP?
The District does not allow overnight queueing. Sightlines inside The Factory give an unobstructed view from every angle, so there’s no need to line up early to get a great spot. Fans who do want to line up before doors can start at 8 a.m. on the day of the show.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
There are several hotels in the Chesterfield area. Please check our Hotels page for additional details and discounts.
Being here
WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?
The showtime printed on your ticket is the time the first act goes on stage. Times of the show and individual acts are subject to change. We recommend arriving early — with our security procedures it takes some time to get in, and you won’t want to miss the opener.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
All shows are for guests ages 12 and up unless noted on the event page. Children under 12 can attend an “All Ages” event when accompanied by their legal guardian. All children 2 years and older need a valid ticket to enter. Minors cannot attend a 16+, 18+, or 21+ show, even with their legal guardian. We highly recommend ear protection for anyone under 16.
DO I NEED MY ID?
A valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID is required for anyone planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. Shows listed as 18+ or 21+ require a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to enter. If security is presented with a fake ID, the patron will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.

The upper and lower balconies are reserved seating. General admission tickets are typically standing room only on the floor and do not come with a reserved seat.
